# Free Trial Login Access

## **Login Issue**

Some users report that after completing their first test with the free trial, they try to log in again but are redirected to a **sign‑up page**. When they enter their information and click **"Save and login to SurveyTester"**, nothing happens.

## **What’s actually causing the issue?**

The problem is **not** related to using the same email address. Instead, it occurs because the user searches their inbox for the **original welcome email**, and clicks the **activation link** again.

This activation link is **only valid for creating the account the first time**. If a user clicks it later, it forwards them to the sign‑up flow even though the account already exists. This results in the system not processing the action, leaving the user stuck.

## **Correct Way to Log In**

To access the platform again, the user should:

1.  Go directly to the **SurveyTester login page - [https://free-trial.surveytester.com](https://free-trial.surveytester.com)** (not through the old welcome email).
2.  Enter their login credentials normally.
