Users are defined with a few simple parameters.
Once created, a user’s details can be easily edited by selecting the specific user from the user list and clicking on the Edit button.
The Edit form will display user contact information and the Roles assigned to that user.
If a user has forgotten their password, you can change the user’s password on this form. Enter the new password in the Password box and click on the save icon to the right of it. You will then need to inform the user of their new password.
If you choose to Re-Send an invitation email instead, click on the YES on the Re-send invitation email button.
An e-mail will be sent by SurveyTester, to that user containing a link that will allow them to choose their new password.
