Questions teams ask before a pilot
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The project, the bot runs, the screenshots, the expert time and the results session are free. There is no obligation to buy afterwards.
How long does a pilot take?
As long as the QA of your project takes, usually two to three weeks from kick-off to results session. The pilot runs alongside your normal schedule; it does not add a phase to it.
Which survey do we pick?
A real one, ideally one that is about to enter QA. Multi-language and mobile-heavy projects show the most. It should run on one of the supported platforms, such as Forsta Decipher or Confirmit, Qualtrics, Dimensions, Askia, Nfield, Sawtooth, Voxco or LimeSurvey.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
The people who test today: typically a project manager, a scripter and one or two QA testers. Two to five people is the sweet spot. Each needs about an hour for the kick-off and the results session, plus their normal testing time.
What about our data and the survey link?
Your survey link, questionnaire and test data stay in your pilot company inside SurveyTester, operated by 2x4 Solutions GmbH in Germany under GDPR. We use them only for the pilot and delete them on request.
And after the pilot?
You keep the project, the issues and the report. If you continue, nothing is set up twice. If you do not, we say thank you for the honest feedback and part as friends.
