Depending on your own and your company’s settings, Surveytester can switch project subscriptions to new projects you can access. When you switch on email notifications, you will get update-emails based on changes to issues or when project phases are changing.
If you want to unsubscribe from a single project, you can change Project Subscriptions with one mouse click. The eye symbol is shown in different places:
- The project’s General Tab shows the symbol in the top right part
- The project menu shows the subscription symbol behind the project name. This is available throughout the complete SurveyTester application.
When you do not have access to your project anymore and still get notification emails, please ask your SurveyTester administrator to unsubscribe you from a project. Administrators can use the User Management area to unsubscribe projects from a user.
